Our office works with all insurances and is in-network with MetLife, Guardian, Delta Dental, Molena, WV CHIPS, and WV Children’s Medical Card- Unicare, Coventry, WV Family Health, & Health Plan of WV.

Due to the number of patients’ concerned about finances our insurance coordinator can send in a pre-authorization to your insurance company for more lengthy treatment plans.  This allows the patient to be educated about their insurance and their financial responsibility to help reduce any surprises along the way.

First Visit
Your first visit to our office will consist of a full mouth set of x-rays, dental exam and medical history review.  The doctor can then determine the right treatment to restore your smile.

Please bring your drivers license, insurance card, and list of prescription medications.  If you had bitewing x-rays in the last 12 months, a full mouth series of x-rays, or panoramic x-ray in the last three years please bring a copy with you to your appointment.  If the office has the ability to email the x-rays please have your previous dentist send them.  It is the patient’s responsibility to have their records transferred to our office.
